The integral cycling route through the Emporda offers a complete vision of the region, passing through its most emblematic medieval villages, through the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, the Aiguamolls de l’Empordàthe Cap de Creus, Cadaqués and the Monastery of Sant Pere de Roda. Finally, we will cross the border through the Alberas mountain range to reach the attractive town of Colliure.
The integral cycling route through the Empordà is a combination of our cycling route through the Alt Empordà: between sea and mountain and our cycling route through the medieval villages of the Empordà. With this option you will have a complete vision of the two regions of the Empordà and you will visit the most outstanding coastal and inland areas of the two routes. With the added bonus of visiting the Monumental Complex of Sant Pere de Rodas, an important cultural heritage located in a scenic enclave of great beauty. The route has a flatter first part and a second part, starting from Rosas, more sporty and demanding.
